Two separate things get confused on sites like this one, so they are kept apart here: the statistics we publish about towns, and the record made when a person telephones us.

In brief

The heating figures on the town pages describe places rather than households, and nothing here is a record about any property. A call records a ZIP code, what the boiler is doing and the number it came from, and it reaches one contractor.

BoilerBridge is a referral service, not a contractor. We connect homeowners with independent contractors. Contractors are required to hold whatever credential their state or municipality demands. Every state page sets out who licenses plumbers there and where to check, so you can confirm before work begins. We carry out no work, we sell no equipment, we do not set prices, and we never charge homeowners anything — the contractors in our network pay us when we route them a call.

The figures on our town pages are not about anybody

A page here may tell you what share of homes in a place are heated by piped gas, or when the typical house on a street like yours was built. Those are published estimates for a whole postal area, released by the Census Bureau years after the survey that produced them, and they were already public before this site existed.

None of it came from anyone who contacted us, and none of it is traceable to a household. We hold no property records, no ownership records and no heating records for any address. A town page is written and published long before anybody in that town reads it, and reading it does not add you to anything.

What a phone call records

The number on this site runs through a call routing platform. It keeps the number you dialed from, the moment the call began, how long it lasted, and the area it came from — the last of these because it is how the call reaches somebody who works in your area rather than four states away.

Nothing on the site itself asks for your name, and there is no form anywhere on it. If you want to read every page here and never speak to us, you can, and we will not know you were here.

Who hears what you say

The contractor we connect you to hears the call, because they are on it. What you describe about the boiler is what they need in order to turn up with the right parts, so we do not filter it.

Nobody else gets it. We do not sell contact details on, and a no-heat call in February does not become a marketing list in June.

What this website does in your browser

No advertising trackers, no third-party pixels, and no cookies set by us. The pages are static files; there is nothing here to opt out of.

Having the record erased

Write to hello@nxtaflow.com and say so. Give us the number you called from, because that is the only thing the record is filed under — we cannot find it by your name, as we never had it.

A boiler is not a furnace, and the person you want knows the difference.Tell us it is a boiler, tell us what the gauge reads if you can see it, and we will route you to somebody in your area who works on them. You are never charged. Boilers give this site its name and not its limits.
